DELIVERY INFORMATION
Stock
All Heaven Scent products are handmade in small batches, so items may often be out of stock. We update our website according to physical stock held, so if you the website allows you to place an order online, the item will be in stock.

Any items marked as "PRE-ORDER" will be updated with an anticipated date of stocking. If you place a pre-order for an item and the anticipated date of stocking changes, we'll contact you to advise of the updated date or offer a full refund.
Delivery charges
We post UK-wide via Royal Mail. Delivery rates may differ for deliveries to some areas in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. If you are ordering from these locations, we'll contact you to provide an accurate quotation for delivery.

Rates (UK Mainland):
Small orders (up to 2kg in weight/up to £30.00 order value): £4.95

Larger orders (above 2kg in weight/up to £30.00 order value): £6.55​

FREE POSTAGE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £30.00 TOTAL!

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class and delivery can be expected between 3-5 working days after ordering. In many cases, delivery is made earlier than this.
Local delivery

If you live in Royston, Herts, or one of the surrounding villages, we can sometimes offer free delivery to your home.

Select the collection option at checkout and we'll contact you to advise if we can offer delivery - this isn't always possible, but if we're out and about in the area and your address isn't too far out of the way, we're happy to provide this personal service!
Collection

If you're local to us (Royston, Herts) you are welcome to collect from our workshop if it's more convenient for you.

As our workshop is located at my home, I haven't posted the exact address online for privacy reasons, but if you select collection at checkout I will contact you as soon as possible to provide my full address and postcode & arrange a mutually convenient date for you to come and collect your order.
